Conditioned to People Please

For most of my life, I considered myself a people pleaser. I wanted to fit in, be liked, and avoid conflict, so agreeing with others often felt easier than speaking up for myself. Over time, I realized that constantly putting others first was affecting my self-esteem and preventing me from living authentically. Through self-reflection, personal growth, and learning to establish healthier boundaries, I am beginning to value my own voice and make choices that bring me genuine happiness rather than simply seeking approval from others.

From Survival Mode to Abundance

For much of my life, I have found it easier to care for others than to care for myself. Whether it's speaking up for my needs, accepting compliments, or even buying something small that would make me happy, I often convince myself that I don't deserve it. Over time, I realized that constantly putting myself last was affecting my confidence and happiness. Learning to advocate for myself, challenge negative thoughts, and stop living according to other people's expectations has become an important part of my personal growth. This journey is about recognizing my own worth and giving myself permission to enjoy life without guilt or fear of judgment.
